By downloading, installing, or using the Receipt AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Receipt AI is a mobile application that provides:

Integration with accounting software (Xero, YNAB, etc.)

Acceptable Use

You May:

Use the App for personal or business receipt management
Connect to supported third-party accounting services
Export your data in supported formats
Share feedback and suggestions for improvement

You May Not:

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Accounts and Security

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
Enable biometric authentication when available
Report any unauthorized access immediately
Keep your third-party integration credentials secure

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded receipt data
Review and verify all processed information before exporting
We are not liable for errors in OCR processing

Integration Terms

Limitation of Liability

Termination
